To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request and completed worksheets within 30 days from the date of your purchase. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary.
I'll explain this a bit: if you just downloaded some product (be it just an energized meditation music or maybe whole growth system, etc.) and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request. Why? Because the point of such guarantee and return policy is to give people an opportunity to try the product, and if it doesn't work for them, they can get their money back. Well, it surely was not designed to enable people to steal the training material, for example.
No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan (where applicable) and you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.
One-conditional guarantee for products
Aside from this general rule, for some cases we have one-conditional guarantee: for the products that have workbook/worksheets included we will refund 100% of your money providing you show us you did the worksheets (it's that one condition).
Sometimes minimum is seven or eight worksheets accompanying same number of meditations: if you did them and the product did not work for you, we'll gladly offer you exchange or refund -- no questions asked.
One-conditional guarantee for programs and services
Most people experience profound results in seconds with all of the services offered on this web site.
However, with the first session (whatever it might be) if you are not satisfied with it you may ask for the refund (partially or in full) or refrain from paying at the end (if you have to pay afterwards).
No refunds with second or later sessions / analysis / programs of any kind. If the first one was not good - we refund, and then we part our ways. No hard feelings, though.
Please understand that if you request a refund from a service you will not be allowed to repeat that service in the future.
Requests for a refund must be made within 30 days of payment and be made by e-mail or phone in order to be valid. No refund will be made after the 30 day period. You may however, request a transfer of credit to a different service within 30 days of a service (in plain words: spend it on something else with us).
Please note that most people notice changes immediately. Some people are slow to change in certain areas and sometimes (very rarely, actually) may require overnight, three days and sometimes even a week to notice changes. In some cases, no changes are noticed by the recipient of the service, but other people notice the changes for them. Therefore, you may want to wait a little while before submitting the request for refund.
Cancellation policy for sessions, analysis and readings
Sessions scheduled that are canceled less than 48 hours before the session time will be charged the established rate of the client or at the sole discretion of Dedi.
